• Fees once paid cannot be adjusted against any other course, batch, or student

• Registration fees
• Admission fees
• Course fees
• Certification fees
• Any other charges

5. Student Conduct

• Students must maintain discipline, professionalism, and ethical behavior
• DHCI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any student for misconduct
• No refund shall be applicable in such cases

6. Academic & Operational Changes

• DHCI reserves the right to modify course structure, duration, faculty, or schedule as required
• Such changes shall not be grounds for refund or compensation

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, study material, branding, and intellectual assets belong to DHCI
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited

8. Limitation of Liability

• DHCI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Career outcomes depend on individual effort, performance, and market conditions
